About Us

Prepaid Capital was founded in mid-2006 by Anil D. Aggarwal and Jonathan A. Weiner to provide financial, intellectual, and relationship capital to early-stage companies in the network branded prepaid and stored value card industry. Prepaid Capital prefers to invest in those companies that can benefit from all three of these types of capital, enabling Prepaid Capital to serve as smart money. Prepaid Capital believes that great companies are built by great management teams, and places significant emphasis on investing in companies formed or run by people who are smart, hardworking, and passionate about prepaid. Prepaid Capital is based in New York City.
